In Our
Community

We are committed to putting our values into action and promoting corporate social responsibility by creating programs that advance cultural diversity and equity, increase opportunities for underserved populations, and combat racial injustice and cultural intolerance in the larger community.

SiriusXM Cares

SiriusXM Cares is SiriusXM’s philanthropic strategy, featuring a holistic approach to giving and greater alignment with the communities in which we live and work.

To support this mission, SiriusXM has developed pillars of giving to amplify our support of underserved communities:

Social Equity Giving: Contributing to organizations and taking actions which promote and further social equality, education, hiring, and combat racial injustice.

Employee Giving: Supporting our employees by providing a dollar-for-dollar charitable matching program, and offering full-time employees with five paid days off each year to volunteer with a charitable cause.

Corporate Giving: Supporting philanthropic programs aligned with our business interests

Project Kind: SiriusXM offers employees the opportunities to take five paid days off per year to volunteer with a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization of their choice. SiriusXM employees volunteered more than 6,000 hours in 2022 alone.
