Jennifer Witz

Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer Witz is the Chief Executive Officer of SiriusXM, the leading audio entertainment company in North America. Prior to being named CEO in 2021, Jennifer was SiriusXM’s President of Sales, Marketing and Operations. She has been with the Company since 2002, holding a variety of senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance.

Prior to SiriusXM, Jennifer served in senior financial and operating roles at global media company Viacom Inc., and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), the leading entertainment company focused on the production and global distribution of film and television content. Jennifer began her career in the Investment Banking division of Kidder, Peabody & Co Inc.

She received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from University of Pennsylvania, and BS in Economics from The Wharton School.

Tom Barry

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Barry is the Chief Financial Officer for SiriusXM.

Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in 2023, Thomas served as the Senior Vice President and Controller of SiriusXM and as the Chief Accounting Officer. Since joining SiriusXM in 2009, Thomas has played an integral role in guiding the post-merger integration of Sirius and XM and subsequent acquisitions, including Pandora and the Connected Vehicle Business, and has played a key role in organizational transformation, digital automation, and cost optimization initiatives while supporting rapid business revenue growth. 

Before joining SiriusXM, Thomas served in finance leadership roles at Reader's Digest Inc., Xerox Engineering Systems, and Avon Products Inc. 

Thomas is a certified public accountant and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Richard Beatty

Senior Vice President, Chief Subscription Revenue Officer

Richard Beatty is Senior Vice President, Chief Subscription Revenue Officer for SiriusXM, leading acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies for SiriusXM's subscribers. In this role, Richard is responsible for developing direct marketing strategies and pricing and packaging architectures as well as overseeing global customer service and marketing operations.

Since joining SiriusXM in 2007 as Senior Director of Finance, Richard has held roles of increasing responsibility overseeing aspects of finance, analytics and marketing.

Prior to SiriusXM, Richard developed his subscription and direct marketing expertise at Columbia House, where he held a variety of financial and analytical roles.

He holds a BS in marketing and finance from NYU, and an MBA in finance from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Jessica Casano-Antonellis

Senior Vice President, Head of Communications

Jessica Casano-Antonellis is Senior Vice President, Head of Communications for SiriusXM. In this role, Jessica is responsible for all aspects of the Company's communications function, including strategic communications, brand reputation management and media relations.

Prior to joining SiriusXM in 2022, Jessica served as Vice President for Disney+ and Hulu for The Walt Disney Company, overseeing global communications strategies for the company’s streaming initiatives. Before joining Disney, she headed global communications for the video sharing platform, Vimeo, during a critical evolution for the brand as it began its ascent from the IAC portfolio. Previously, Jessica spent nearly 10 years at the public relations firm Text100 (now Archetype), where she led multiple traditional linear television brands through transformations into multi-platform digital media companies, including MTV, Bravo and The Weather Channel.

Jessica currently serves on the advisory board for Revry, a pioneering LGBTQ digital streaming service.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Francisco State University.

Barbara Daniel

Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer

Barbara Daniel is Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer for SiriusXM, responsible for overseeing M&A and strategic investments and driving the Company's overall corporate strategy. She first joined SiriusXM in 2012 as Treasurer.

Before joining SiriusXM, Barbara was Senior Vice President/Corporate Treasurer for E*TRADE, Chief Financial Officer for global asset management firm CIFC, and a Vice President/Investment Banking for media and telecom at JPMorgan Chase and Merrill Lynch.

She received an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from The College of William and Mary.

Patrick Donnelly

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Patrick Donnelly is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for SiriusXM, overseeing all of the Company's legal and governmental affairs.

Prior to joining SiriusXM, Patrick was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of ITT Corporation, the diversified hotel, gaming and entertainment company acquired by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

Patrick began his career at New York law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as an associate specializing in M&A and securities matters.

Scott Greenstein

President and Chief Content Officer

Scott Greenstein is the President and Chief Content Officer for SiriusXM, leading programming development and content strategy across all of the Company’s platforms.

Since joining SiriusXM in 2004, Scott has pioneered new forms of audio programming, led headline-grabbing deals and renewals with major talent and brands, and expanded SiriusXM’s programming lineup to more than 300 channels spanning music, sports, news, comedy, talk, and entertainment.

Scott also manages Pandora’s dedicated original programming team, and oversees SiriusXM's podcasting studios including the development and production of the Company’s slate of originals.

Prior to SiriusXM, Scott served as Chairman of USA Films and Co-President of October Films. In 2022, Scott was honored by the UJA Federation of New York and named the 2022 Music Visionary of the Year.

Joe Inzerillo

Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer

Joe Inzerillo is Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer for SiriusXM. Joe sets and leads implementation of SiriusXM’s product roadmap, satellite infrastructure enhancements, and technology vision and strategy to drive innovation and growth across all SiriusXM platforms, and also oversees SiriusXM's Information Technology and Broadcast Infrastructure.

A renowned media technology trailblazer, Joe previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer video streaming businesses, including Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu.

Prior to that, Joe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at BAMTech Media, a Major League Baseball company, until its spin-off and subsequent acquisition by Disney. Joe began his career in 1987 with the Chicago White Sox and also served as Chief Technology Officer of Chicago’s United Center, where he worked on behalf of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks.

Mark Redmond

President and Chief Executive Officer of SiriusXM Canada

Mark Redmond is President and Chief Executive Officer of SiriusXM Canada, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations from its headquarters in Toronto.

Mark was previously the President and CEO of Sirius Canada and led the company’s successful national launch in 2005. Prior to that, Mark was Senior Vice President, Special Projects with Sirius Satellite Radio in the U.S.

Before joining Sirius, Mark was Vice President Worldwide Audio and Video Products with Paris-based Thomson Multimedia, a global leader in digital video technologies. During his 17 years with Thomson, Mark held successive positions in Canada, the U.S. and Asia overseeing operations, marketing and sales for the company’s RCA, GE and Thomson brands. While with Thomson, Mark successfully led the launch of the company’s digital audio and MP3 business resulting in a top market share position and establishing Thomson’s leadership in the digital audio business.

Hooper Stevens

Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations

Hooper Stevens is Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations for SiriusXM. In this role, he manages relationships with analysts and investors in the company’s equity and debt. Hooper joined the company in 2005 as Manager of Finance responsible for the Treasury organization, and has since served SiriusXM in a progression of more senior roles.

Hooper began his career in equity research, and as an analyst he covered media and broadcasting stocks at Bank of America and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition, he has covered telecom equipment, wireless telecom, and diversified consumer stocks.

Hooper is a graduate of Emory University, where he studied economics and political science.

John Trimble

Executive Vice President, Chief Advertising Revenue Officer

John Trimble is Executive Vice President, Chief Advertising Revenue Officer for SiriusXM, responsible for all advertising revenue, strategic sales marketing, and advertising operations for SiriusXM and Pandora. John leads the Company’s SiriusXM Media combined sales organization, overseeing multiple ad revenue streams spanning display, mobile, and audio advertising - connecting brands in new and compelling ways to a combined audience of more than 150 million listeners.

Previously, John was Executive Vice President of Sales at digital lifestyle media company Glam Media, the founding Senior Vice President of Sales at Fox Interactive Media, and Director of Sales for SI.com, the online arm of Sports Illustrated.

He received a BA from St. Lawrence University.

Faye Tylee

Chief People and Culture Officer

Faye Tylee is SiriusXM’s Chief People and Culture Officer, leading the People + Culture team which includes Talent Acquisition, Culture and Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Business Partners, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, People Services and Analytics, as well as the Company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and social impact programs.

Previously, Faye served as Chief Human Resources Officer for global digital communications leader Avaya Holdings Corp, and Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world's largest hospitality companies.

Tylee studied Human Resources at The University of Northampton, U.K.

Joe Verbrugge

Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer

Joe Verbrugge is Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for SiriusXM, overseeing growth-focused teams and functions including Marketing, Subscription Revenue, Streaming Business, Connected Vehicle, Automotive Sales and Distribution, and Emerging Business, as well as responsibility for the SiriusXM Canada business.

Since joining SiriusXM in 2004, Joe has held a variety of other executive leadership roles spanning automotive partnerships and marketing, automotive remarketing, Canadian business development, and human resources.

Prior to joining SiriusXM full time, Joe was a consultant with The Dealy Strategy Group where, among other responsibilities, he worked with SiriusXM on satellite procurements and business strategy. Joe is on the Board of Directors of SiriusXM Canada.

He received his undergraduate degree from University of Michigan and holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a doctorate from the University of Oxford.

Suzi Watford

Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer

Suzi Watford is Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer for SiriusXM. In this role, Suzi leads the distribution, acquisition, retention and engagement strategies of SiriusXM’s streaming businesses. Additionally, she is responsible for driving SiriusXM’s enterprise-level growth strategy, overseeing key areas including corporate marketing, analytics and research for SiriusXM and Pandora.

Prior to joining SiriusXM, Suzi led the consumer business at Dow Jones, including all marketing and subscription acquisition for The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and MarketWatch. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at The Wall Street Journal, overseeing global sales and marketing. Before Dow Jones, she led sales and marketing for NewsUK’s The Times and The Sunday Times.

Suzi serves on the board of The Baltimore Banner, a nonprofit news provider, and at the Colvin Institute of Journalism. Additionally, she is an active member of The Marketing Academy, a nonprofit focused on building and coaching talent in the industry.

Lauren D. Williams

Senior Vice President, Organizational Culture & Change Management

Lauren D. Williams is Senior Vice President, Organizational Culture and Change Management at SiriusXM. In this role, Lauren is building a world-class organizational culture that creates shared practices, processes, beliefs and behaviors in support of business transformation. Additionally, she leads Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, integrating DEI&B by influencing how SiriusXM engages with employees, communities, and partners.

Lauren previously served as Chief of Staff to SiriusXM’s Chief Executive Officer, where she was a trusted advisor to the CEO and her direct reports. Lauren joined SiriusXM in 2019 with the acquisition of Pandora, where she held a variety of sales strategy roles since 2016. Prior to Pandora, Lauren spent nearly a decade at advertising agencies.

Lauren received a Master’s from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts from Kentucky State University, a Historically Black University. She’s a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
