Jennifer Witz is the Chief Executive Officer of SiriusXM, the leading audio entertainment company in North America. Prior to being named CEO in 2021, Jennifer was SiriusXM’s President of Sales, Marketing and Operations. She has been with the Company since 2002, holding a variety of senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance.
Prior to SiriusXM, Jennifer served in senior financial and operating roles at global media company Viacom Inc., and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), the leading entertainment company focused on the production and global distribution of film and television content. Jennifer began her career in the Investment Banking division of Kidder, Peabody & Co Inc.
She received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from University of Pennsylvania, and BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
Prior to SiriusXM, Jennifer served in senior financial and operating roles at global media company Viacom Inc., and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), the leading entertainment company focused on the production and global distribution of film and television content. Rich Baer is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SiriusXM, overseeing legal, ethics, privacy and governmental affairs.
Rich most recently served as Chief Legal Officer of Airbnb, and previously served as Chief Legal Officer of Liberty Media, UnitedHealth Group and Qwest Communications International, chair of the Litigation Department at Sherman & Howard and Chair of the Board of CommerceHub. Baer started his career as a homicide prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York.

Richard Beatty is Senior Vice President, Chief Subscription Revenue Officer for SiriusXM, leading acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies for SiriusXM's subscribers. In this role, Richard is responsible for developing direct marketing strategies and pricing and packaging architectures as well as overseeing global customer service and marketing operations.
Since joining SiriusXM in 2007 as Senior Director of Finance, Richard has held roles of increasing responsibility overseeing aspects of finance, analytics and marketing.
Prior to SiriusXM, Richard developed his subscription and direct marketing expertise at Columbia House, where he held a variety of financial and analytical roles.
He holds a BS in marketing and finance from NYU, and an MBA in finance from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Maria Breza is Chief Transformation Officer for SiriusXM, responsible for facilitating enterprise-wide efforts to optimize the performance of the organization and prioritize both business efficiency and fiscally responsible growth across the Company.
Maria joined the Company in 2015 and led audience data operations and ad quality measurement for SiriusXM Media, the advertising group representing SiriusXM, Pandora, extensive Streaming and Podcast Networks, and AdsWizz. Zac Coughlin is the Chief Financial Officer for SiriusXM. Zac most recently served as CFO of PVH Corp., overseeing the company’s global financial strategy. Prior to that, he served as Group CFO and Chief Operating Officer of DFS Group Limited, a subsidiary of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, and CFO of Converse, Inc., a division of Nike, Inc., supporting its global business spanning wholesale, retail, and eCommerce. Zac started his career with Ford Motor Company, where he held multiple global financial leadership roles, including in international markets in Asia and Europe.
Zac received his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Finance and Supply Chain Logistics.

Scott Greenstein is the President and Chief Content Officer for SiriusXM, leading programming development and content strategy across all of the Company’s platforms.
Since joining SiriusXM in 2004, Scott has pioneered new forms of audio programming, led headline-grabbing deals and renewals with major talent and brands, and expanded SiriusXM’s programming lineup to more than 300 channels spanning music, sports, news, comedy, talk, and entertainment.
Scott also manages Pandora’s dedicated original programming team, and oversees SiriusXM's podcasting studios including the development and production of the Company’s slate of originals.
Prior to SiriusXM, Scott served as Chairman of USA Films and Co-President of October Films. In 2022, Scott was honored by the UJA Federation of New York and named the 2022 Music Visionary of the Year.

Maggie Mitchell is Senior Vice President, Head of Communications for SiriusXM. In this role, Maggie is responsible for all aspects of the Company's communications function, including strategic communications, brand reputation management and media relations.
Prior to joining SiriusXM in 2021, Maggie served as Vice President of Corporate Communications of NBCUniversal’s Global Advertising & Partnerships group, leading all external communications for the division. Before this, she led public relations efforts for MSNBC around leading programming and talent in addition to supporting the overall network, and worked in international communications for Viacom across business units and brands including Nickelodeon, BET and MTV. Maggie spent her early career at PR agencies, specializing in media relations and innovation storytelling and working across a variety of clients and brands at LaunchSquad and DKC PR.
She received a BA from American University in Washington, DC.

Mark Redmond is President and Chief Executive Officer of SiriusXM Canada, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations from its headquarters in Toronto.
Mark was previously the President and CEO of Sirius Canada and led the company’s successful national launch in 2005. Prior to that, Mark was Senior Vice President, Special Projects with Sirius Satellite Radio in the U.S.
Before joining Sirius, Mark was Vice President Worldwide Audio and Video Products with Paris-based Thomson Multimedia, a global leader in digital video technologies. During his 17 years with Thomson, Mark held successive positions in Canada, the U.S. and Asia overseeing operations, marketing and sales for the company’s RCA, GE and Thomson brands. While with Thomson, Mark successfully led the launch of the company’s digital audio and MP3 business resulting in a top market share position and establishing Thomson’s leadership in the digital audio business.
Mark was previously the President and CEO of Sirius Canada and led the company’s successful national launch in 2005. Prior to that, Mark was Senior Vice President, Special Projects with Sirius Satellite Radio in the U.S.

Wayne Thorsen is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for SiriusXM. Faye is focused on driving performance, agility, and sustainable growth while ensuring the team member experience remains human-centered and inclusive.

Scott Walker is Senior Vice President, Chief Advertising Revenue Officer for SiriusXM, responsible for all advertising revenue, operations, sales marketing, and ad tech business development. Scott leads SiriusXM Media, the advertising group representing SiriusXM, Pandora, and the Company’s expansive Streaming and Podcast Networks, as well as AdsWizz, the technology engine powering global audio monetization. In his role, he oversees multiple ad revenue streams spanning streaming audio, podcast, display, mobile, social, and video advertising—connecting brands in new and compelling ways to a combined audience of more than 160 million listeners.
Scott joined Pandora in 2008 and has held increasingly senior roles across operations, strategy, and analytics, leading to his most recent position as SVP, Ad Platform.

Lauren D. Williams is the Senior Vice President of Organizational Culture and Change Management at SiriusXM. In this role, Lauren leads efforts to build a world-class organizational culture that bridges business strategy, marketing, and people & culture to drive transformation and employee engagement. She also oversees Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), embedding inclusive practices into SiriusXM’s operations and business strategy to shape how the company leads, engages employees, and connects with communities and partners.
Throughout her tenure at SiriusXM, Lauren served in a variety of roles, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on business strategy, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder management. She originally joined SiriusXM through its acquisition of Pandora in 2019, where she held various marketing and sales strategy roles since 2016. Before her tenure at Pandora, Lauren spent nearly a decade in advertising and media agencies, leading strategy, marketing, and business operations for Fortune 500 clients.
Lauren holds a Master’s from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts from Kentucky State University, a Historically Black University. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
