SOCIAL IMPACT AND DEI&B
We foster an open and inclusive environment where all human and cultural diversity is valued, respected, and celebrated - within our walls, on our air, and in the larger community. These values are at the heart of our company culture, and inform the way we make decisions and guide our actions every day.
At SiriusXM, the values of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging are embedded into the fabric of our Company. As we look to realize our vision of connecting everyone to the voices, stories, and music they love, we believe DEI&B is critical to creating real impact and empowering the next generation within our walls, on our air, and in our community."

WITHIN OUR WALLS
SiriusXM Employee Communities provide support, visibility, and empowerment to all employees, including Women, People of Color, Veterans & Military, the LGBTQIA+ community and people with disabilities. To shape the future of audio for everyone, we hold ourselves accountable for building a workforce that is truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive starting from the very beginning. Through inclusive hiring initiatives like resume masking and bias training for interviewers, we work to ensure our hiring experience is fair for all candidates, especially those from marginalized communities. We set aspirational goals for our pipeline and have launched hiring programs including Pathways to accelerate representation of underrepresented talent in our workforce. We remain committed to expanding access to our hiring opportunities through various partnerships with organizations like Girls in Tech, Fairygodboss, and more.Through programs and resources such as mentoring, goal setting and tracking, live training, and more, we support the growth and development of our employees. For example, through our work with McKinsey & Company, we have had more than 350 talented mid to executive level employees go through their Connected Leaders Academy – a program designed to enhance the existing capabilities of Black, Hispanic and Latino, and Asian leaders and support their ongoing career progression. SiriusXM also sponsors and attends professional conferences focused on diverse talent including the Grace Hopper Celebration, AFROTECH Conference, American Advertising Foundation's Mosaic Center, Sistas in Sales, and more.We also offer and promote inclusive workplace initiatives. Conscious Inclusion is a required program that promotes inclusive behaviors by enabling employees to explore bias and its impact, learn how it translates to reactions and behaviors towards differences, and learn how to mitigate biases and their impact in daily interactions with one another. Can We Talk? is an initiative aimed at increasing cultural awareness and providing resources to promote respectful dialogues around Race, Allyship, Stereotypes, Covering, Imposter Syndrome, inclusive language, and diversity driving innovation.

Stand for Sonic Diversity:
Led by SiriusXM’s in-house creative consultancy Studio Resonate, the Stand for Sonic Diversity campaign has challenged brands, marketers, and agencies to break “the sonic color line” that has perpetuated sonic stereotypes of “black” and “white” voices and contributed to a wider atmosphere of racial inequity. In its own casting of voice talent, Studio Resonate has nearly achieved its goal of 50% BIPOC casting and 50% BIPOC representation on our voice talent roster.
